This privacy policy covers the collection, storage and processing of personal data that may be collected when you contact us, for example when you visit our website, when you request, book or purchase services, or when you call us.

What Data is collected?

As a matter of principle, we only store those data that are necessary for the operation and maintenance of our business. This includes, for example, company name, legal form, contact person, address, telephone number, email address, VAT number or bank details - data that is already publicly available in several ways.
In addition, we store order-related data - such as quotations, order confirmations, plans, sketches, meeting notes or reports. This documentation enables us to react quickly in the event of any problems, failures or extensions.
When you visit our websites, various data is stored by our hosting provider and/or by us - such as the entry page, the duration of the visit, your country of origin, your language setting and, if applicable, your IP address. We use this data for statistical purposes and to improve our marketing measures. Data that the hosting provider stores (also called log file) is not fully accessible to us.

Will Data be shared?

We guarantee not to lend, sell or otherwise share our data. We only pass on data if you agree - for example, to process an order with a business partner. Legal regulations remain unaffected.

How is Data protected?

We take precautions of an electronic and physical nature to protect your data - against loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and/or destruction. For this purpose, we use various encryption methods, safes, security locks, backup systems and other technical tools.

Session Cookies upon login

When you log in and/or register on our websites, your publicly visible Discord ID, e-mail address or customer number, depending on the login method you have chosen, is temporarily stored in a so-called "session cookie". In contrast to the classic cookie, this session cookie is not stored permanently on your device, but is usually deleted automatically when you close your browser.
This session cookie is mandatory for operation. If you prevent the creation of session cookies by a corresponding setting in your browser, logging in is technically not possible.

Information about our Facebook Pages

We operate Facebook pages with the purpose of communicating there with users of this platform. We inform you about the fact that in the process, data of the users is stored and processed by Facebook abroad, thus outside of Austria and also outside of the European Union. Facebook transfers and uses data only after adequacy according to Art. 45 GDPR/DSGVO and/or on the basis of assurances according to Art. 46 GDPR/DSGVO.
In addition, Facebook processes user data for market research and marketing purposes in order to create user profiles based on interests, to which advertising is then played within and, if applicable, also outside the platform(s) of Facebook. In this regard, we refer directly to the privacy policy(ies) of Facebook or its platforms that you use as a user and note that we have no influence or say in the handling of your data.
We need to point out that requests for information and the assertion of user rights must be addressed directly to Facebook, but we are happy to provide support.
